Angus MacDonald said:
“The Boys’ Brigade is a great organisation and I was delighted to get the opportunity to chat to them and find out more about the good work they do throughout Falkirk district and across Scotland, including within my Falkirk East constituency.
“Youth organisations like The Boys’ Brigade play a vital role in engaging young people through a wide range of activities, giving them the best possible start in life.”
Bill Stevenson, Director, Scotland, The Boys’ Brigade said:
“We are grateful for the on-going support from many local MSPs and the exhibition was an excellent opportunity to highlight the range of our work throughout the country.
“This is a reminder of The Boys’ Brigade relevance and the importance of continued investment, as we continue to offer positive and exciting opportunities for our 20,000 members. By investing now, we are offering our children and young people the best possible start in life.
“As a strategic partner with the Scottish Government, we wanted to highlight how our programmes improve the lives of children and young people across Scotland.”
